Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Kinwearshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item if there is an issue.
Important: Because we use a print-on-demand supplier, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Returns for size or buyer’s remorse are not supported at this time.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you further instructions. Please do not return items to any address before contacting us, as we will provide the proper return process based on the issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with the product.
